Mold Science - Start

Mold science is my new project; here a sealed jar containing some wet bread and a bit of apple - theory goes that the millions of invisible mold spores in this photograph will start growing if I keep it warm and dark. Futher posts might confirm this rather bizaare 'invisible-eggs -in-the-air' theory.
